Jam Rack Click Boom is made to make you happy, and we back that up with our return policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase from Just contact us within 30 days with proof of purchase, and we will give you a refund or replacement.

Eligibility for Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, the product must be purchased directly from Guller Enterprises’ online store.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in the same packaging as received.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order number or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Period

We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within the return period to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You can reach us via email at [email protected] or by phone at 630-363-1172.
  • Once you have received your RMA number, securely package the product in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package before shipping it back to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or defective products.
  • We recommend using a track-able shipping service to ensure that the returned item reaches us. Guller Enterprises is not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return shipping process.
  • Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility criteria mentioned in Section 1.
  • If the return is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a return, and cover the return shipping cost in such cases.
  • We may require visual evidence, such as photographs, to assess the damage or defect. Please provide clear and detailed images when contacting our customer support team.

Refund Options

Approved refunds will be issued based on the original payment method used during the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may be processed as follows:

  • Credit or debit card: The refund will be credited back to the original card used for the purchase.
  • PayPal or other third-party payment providers: The refund will be processed through the respective payment provider.
